Professional Experience

I was a technical support rep for the majority of my BPO journey, and then transitioned to CSR where I support customer's regarding their account concerns. I was also a phone banker before (Wells Fargo), and then I transistioned over to SDR and ISR roles. But I would say that the highlight of my journey was, when I got promoted to be a SME, and an upskill trainer, which gave me the opportunity to share my knowledge to newbies.
