Cancellation and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions("Terms") govern the purchase of digital marketing, lead generation,virtual assistant (VA), sales development representative (SDR), LinkedInbranding, SEO, AI search optimization, telemarketing, and related services (collectively,the "Services") provided by LeadMaker aka Pro-Vizion MarketingServices ("LeadMaker," "Company," "we,""our," or "us").
By clicking the purchase button,submitting payment, signing up, or otherwise enrolling in any LeadMakerServices, you ("Client," "Customer," or "you")acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound bythese Terms.
1.All Sales Are Final – No Refund Policy
All purchases made with LeadMakerare final.
Due to the nature of digitalmarketing services, including but not limited to labor allocation, resourcescheduling, onboarding, system setup, proprietary processes, and immediatedeployment of personnel and infrastructure, LeadMaker maintains a strict no-refundpolicy.

3.Cancellation of Future Billing
You may request cancellation offuture recurring services by providing written notice to LeadMaker at:

Cancellation requests must besubmitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date.

You acknowledge that LeadMakerprovides marketing, branding, outreach, and staffing services that involvevariables beyond the Company’s control.
LeadMaker does not guarantee:
All marketing outcomes depend onmultiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality,competitiveness, customer responsiveness, and client cooperation.
5.Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all requiredonboarding materials, access credentials, approvals, and cooperation necessaryfor LeadMaker to perform Services.
Failure to do so does not qualifyfor refunds.
Service delays caused by the Clientdo not suspend billing obligations.
6.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, you agree notto initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, credit cardprovider, or payment processor.

By clicking "Purchase,""Subscribe," "Pay Now," or any similar button, or bysubmitting payment through any LeadMaker payment portal, you acknowledge andagree that:

These Terms shall be governed by andinterpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in whichLeadMaker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
