Cancellation and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions("Terms") govern the purchase of digital marketing, lead generation,virtual assistant (VA), sales development representative (SDR), LinkedIn branding, SEO, AI search optimization, telemarketing, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by LeadMaker aka Pro-Vizion Marketing Services ("LeadMaker," "Company," "we,""our," or "us").
By clicking the purchase button,submitting payment, signing up, or otherwise enrolling in any LeadMakerServices, you ("Client," "Customer," or "you")acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound bythese Terms.
1.All Sales Are Final – No Refund Policy
All purchases made with ProVizion Marketing Services T/A LeadMaker are final.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including but not limited to labor allocation, resource scheduling, onboarding, system setup, proprietary processes, and immediate deployment of personnel and infrastructure, LeadMaker maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date.

You acknowledge that LeadMaker provides marketing, branding, outreach, and staffing services that involve variables beyond the Company’s control.
LeadMaker does not guarantee:
All marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality, competitiveness, customer responsiveness, and client cooperation.
5.Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required onboarding materials, access credentials, approvals, and cooperation necessary for LeadMaker to perform Services.
Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds.
Service delays caused by the Client do not suspend billing obligations.
6.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

By clicking "Purchase," "Subscribe," "Pay Now," or any similar button, or by submitting payment through any LeadMaker payment portal, you acknowledge and agree that:
This acknowledgment constitutes an electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
8.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LeadMaker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
