Cancellation and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions("Terms") govern the purchase of digital marketing, lead generation,virtual assistant (VA), sales development representative (SDR), LinkedIn branding, SEO, AI search optimization, telemarketing, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by LeadMaker aka Pro-Vizion Marketing Services ("LeadMaker," "Company," "we,""our," or "us").

By clicking the purchase button,submitting payment, signing up, or otherwise enrolling in any LeadMakerServices, you ("Client," "Customer," or "you")acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound bythese Terms.

1.All Sales Are Final – No Refund Policy

All purchases made with ProVizion Marketing Services T/A LeadMaker are final.

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including but not limited to labor allocation, resource scheduling, onboarding, system setup, proprietary processes, and immediate deployment of personnel and infrastructure, LeadMaker maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Once payment has been submitted, you agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
   
  • Change of mind
   
  • Business closure or restructuring
   
  • Lack of use of Services
   
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results
   
  • Delay in providing required onboarding materials or access
   
  • Early cancellation by the Client
   
  • Financial hardship or internal business decisions
 
• All payments made are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-reversible.

This policy applies to all Services, including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing programs
• SEO and AI search optimization services
• LinkedIn branding and outreach services
• Lead generation programs
• Telemarketing and live transfer services
• SDR and VA staffing services
• Consulting, setup, onboarding, and management fees

2.Immediate Commencement of Services

You acknowledge and agree that Services may begin immediately upon payment or shortly thereafter.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Allocation of personnel
• Campaign setup
• System configuration
• Technical implementation
• Strategic planning
• Outreach preparation

Because resources are committed immediately, refunds cannot be issued once payment is received.

3.Cancellation of Future Billing

You may request cancellation of future recurring services by providing written notice to LeadMaker at:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date.

Upon cancellation:

• Your Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for the current or prior billing periods.
• Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.

4.No Guarantee of Specific Results

You acknowledge that LeadMaker provides marketing, branding, outreach, and staffing services that involve variables beyond the Company’s control.

‍

LeadMaker does not guarantee:

• Specific revenue results
• Specific number of leads, appointments, or sales
• Specific ranking positions on Google, ChatGPT, or other search platforms
• Specific hiring outcomes or job placement outcomes
• Specific conversion rates

All marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality, competitiveness, customer responsiveness, and client cooperation.

5.Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all required onboarding materials, access credentials, approvals, and cooperation necessary for LeadMaker to perform Services.

Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds.

Service delays caused by the Client do not suspend billing obligations.

6.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

• LeadMaker reserves the right to immediately suspend all Services.
• You agree to reimburse LeadMaker for all Services rendered.
• You agree to reimburse LeadMaker for any dispute fees, legal fees, collection fees, and administrative costs incurred.
• LeadMaker reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover owed funds.

7.Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By clicking "Purchase," "Subscribe," "Pay Now," or any similar button, or by submitting payment through any LeadMaker payment portal, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to the no-refund policy
• You accept all conditions outlined herein
• This agreement is legally binding and enforceable

This acknowledgment constitutes an electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a physical signature.

8.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LeadMaker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
