I've been a client service executive for over 8 years now and I specialize in client services performing client-facing tasks. My first introduction to sales was when I was promoted to being a Business Development Executive where I analyzed industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions. I identified and pursued new business leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. I was also an Appointment setter for a Real Estate Investor where I identified potential sellers through research and outreach.
