Professional Summary
Hi, I'm Jansen Jagonase.
I’ve been in the customer service, sales, and tech support industry for the past 10 years, working with five different companies. My experience includes handling calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with issues related to their computers, phones, tablets, and software. I’m confident in my ability to understand what people need and provide clear, helpful solutions.
Throughout my career, I’ve used tools such as Mavro, CallTools, ReadyMode, Convoso, Zoho, HubSpot, Avaya, Slack, Aloware, Sierra, and Enzo, giving me a strong foundation in both communication and CRM platforms.
I also have extensive experience as a cold caller in the real estate industry, where my main role is to find motivated sellers. I typically make 100 to 200 calls a day, aiming to book 1 to 2 appointments daily. On top of that, I previously worked as an SDR for Magic Inc., reaching out to decision-makers and business owners to offer virtual assistant solutions that help reduce labor costs.
But my background doesn’t stop there — I’ve been in the business world for 15 years. I started with Avon Cosmetics, moved into online selling and marketing, and even became a top seller in one of my past roles, where I supported small businesses with bookkeeping and cloud-based accounting software.
Now, I'm starting my own online business selling gourmet products to support my family. And I think I'd be a great fit for this position because I love selling and talking to customers. I like to push myself to meet goals and get incentives. I'm really good at coming up with creative sales techniques and personalizing conversations to persuade people. Plus, I work well with others and am self-motivated.
