Are you a highly organized, proactive and tech savvy individual who loves keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our US based clients with day to day administrative tasks and help them focus on growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and triage inboxes
  • Data Entry & CRM Updates: Keep client CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) accurate and up to date
  • Document Preparation: Create, proofread and format presentations, reports and proposals
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct online research on prospects, industries or tools and deliver concise summaries
  • Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange logistics, itineraries and accommodations
  • Customer & Client Support: Handle routine inquiries, follow up on outstanding items and escalate as needed
  • Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, systems or templates

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with a professional phone and email presence
  • Proactive Self Starter: Able to anticipate needs, take initiative and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Highly Organized: Superb attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, CRMs and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to pivot quickly, handle changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Results Oriented: Driven to exceed expectations and contribute to client success
  • Prior Experience (a Plus): Background in administrative support, customer service or a similar role but enthusiasm and aptitude matter most
  • Reliable Setup: Stable high speed internet and a quiet dedicated home office
