Professional Summary
I have more than a decade of experience in Sales in Marketing. Indicated my recent tasks below as a Sales Account Executive:
o Timely interaction with leads, provided by the outreach team
o Generate new leads by growing and utilizing your network and industry presence
o Perform discovery calls and evaluate client needs
o Guide clients through the process, conduct demos, and onboard new accounts
o Close deals for the new accounts o Maintain existing accounts
o Maintain CRM and conduct appropriate reporting
o Deliver on targets/KPI monthly

o Manages the clients’ calendar of all the programs running
o Provide strong leadership, project planning, and management to multiple projects,
successfully driving team execution and ensuring expected results
o Have a firm understanding of required resources’ availability and capacity, and manage workloads effectively to set appropriate timelines and targets for projects.

My sales and Marketing career started as a Lead Generator and Marketing Specialist, please see my tasks below:

o Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
o Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by the Sales Manager and the CEO
o Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related

After a year I was promoted as HR staff/Recruitment Specialist and Home Base Researcher Supervisor in the same company. Please refer below for a list of some of my duties in my place of work:
o Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references, and onboarding qualified candidates based on the department's needs and requests.
o Regularly assist job applicants.
o Monitor the Part-time Data Encoders daily.
o Communicates with team leaders or staff in charge of Home-based and In-House contractors.
o Proactive in job fairs and other recruitment channels.
o Updates the Human Resources Information System daily.
o Developing and implementing research strategies
o Manages the social media accounts for recruitment and company announcements.
o Performs miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.
o Providing overall project support to teams as directed
Another Promotion in Development and Training after a year, I was promoted to a Trainer position in the same company. Please see below the duties and responsibilities of my post:
o Design, create, and deliver training courses for both new hires and current employees
o Coaches and mentors new hires through shadowing/nesting and on-the-floor support
o Generates reports and tracks the progress of staff during their training and probationary period
o Maintains a level of expertise regarding business processes, corporate initiatives, and has a thorough understanding of new hire training programs and employee ongoing training programs, and operation guidelines and metrics.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes and determine training needs by observing staff performance; studying client results reports, and conferring with management
My last promotion in the company was Training and Recruitment Coordinator, I handled two departments in the same company, please see my tasks below:
o Execute a full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate
experience.
o Gather hiring plans and conduct position intake sessions with hiring managers.
o Source active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists,
internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals.
o Provide pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned
positions through active ongoing candidate campaigns.
o Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
o Maintain candidate statuses via an applicant tracking system, data reports, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
o Monitor all the Training tasks mentioned in my previous Job Position.
