Professional Experience

I have been working continuously since December 2016, with extensive experience across BPO, sales, customer success, operations, and team leadership roles. I started my career in the BPO industry supporting a US-based telecommunications company as a frontline agent handling customer service, billing, and technical concerns. Due to strong performance, I was promoted to Team Leader, where I managed agents, coached performance, handled escalations, and monitored KPIs. After the pandemic, I transitioned into remote work as a Virtual Assistant and Sales Lead, supporting US-based businesses. I later moved into the immigration industry, working with Boundless Immigration and Sentry Innovations LLC, where I served as a Sales Lead / Team Manager. In these roles, I handled client consultations, outbound and inbound sales, CRM management, reporting, and team oversight while working closely with attorneys and legal staff.
