Professional Experience
I have over five years of experience working in the BPO industry, handling different roles such as Sales Development Representative, Insurance Specialist, Data Entry, and Customer Service. Most recently, I worked at 8x8 Inc. as a Sales Development Representative, where I helped the sales team with outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for Account Executives. I handled CRM tools like Salesforce and Outreach, managed client records, and made sure every lead was properly followed up.
Before that, I worked with CoverDesk LLC as an Insurance Specialist and Data Entry Specialist. My tasks included creating quotes, processing renewals, and coordinating with lenders and carriers for U.S.-based clients. This role helped me develop strong communication skills and attention to detail.
I also gained solid experience in customer service from companies like AFNI, VXI, TeleTech, and Concentrix. I handled billing concerns, account updates, technical support, and plan changes for different clients.
