Tailor your approach to the needs of each customer, as what works for one may not work for another.

It is important to also be aware of objections each customer may have to your product or service. Keep a record of these to help you overcome future objections. Additionally, make sure to follow up after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.

It is also important to establish personal relationships with customers and remind them of your presence. Don’t be afraid to ask for the business. If direct action does not yield results, multiple follow ups throughout the year may be able to connect you with the customers in case their situation has changed.
